Clear, fixed prices, so you know what you are paying before we start.

| Kick-Off Call | A one-hour call to talk through your project and the plan ahead, check what you have in place and point you to the right funders. | £75 |
| Bid writing: applications up to and including £2,500 | Fixed fee. Covers the application from start to submission. | £300 |
| Bid writing: applications over £2,500 and up to £10,000 | Fixed fee. Covers the application from start to submission. | £600 |
| Bid writing: applications over £10,000 and up to £25,000 | Fixed fee. Covers the application from start to submission. | £1,200 |
| Over £25,000 | Priced on request, once I understand the project. | Quote |
I invoice the Kick-Off Call and payment is due before the call. Bid fees are paid 25% upfront when you confirm and 75% when the bid is submitted. Payment is by bank transfer on receipt of invoice. There is no percentage taken from your grant. The fee is the same whether or not the bid is successful, and I cannot guarantee a result.
Purchase orders are accepted.
